I’ve dreamed of taking this business out of my apartment and into a truck or maybe a brick and now, the push is on to make it all happen. To get this done, I had have set a goal of selling 10 dozen bagels a week for the next 10 weeks. Flavors I’ve done:

Pepperoni Mozzarella
Bacon Jalapeño and Swiss
Mixed Berry
Everything

Maple Bacon
Maple Sausage
Cubano
Gumbo
Southwest Pepper
Lemon Blueberry
Orange Cranberry
Pumpkin
Sweet potato

That is only the tip of the bagel iceberg. Challenge me to do something cool. I’m down for all of it! Specialty cream cheeses are also available!
