Enjoy your gluten free carbs, my friends!

Due to an extra busy day schedule next week that includes sports tryouts, swim meets, and a Dude Perfect show, I won’t be having a big, formal bake day. But look out for a more informal pop-up or two and feel free to reach out with a custom order!

It’s been a busy couple days— in the past two days I prepped, proofed, and baked 24 sourdough loaves, 32 sourdough bagels, plus I whipped up sourdough cinnamon rolls, a couple dozen cookies, and dozen cupcakes too… I’m ready for a nap. 😜

I love a good bake day, but I especially LOVE baking up special orders that I know are helping people celebrate people.

Today those celebrations came in the form of birthdays, friendship, and an upcoming marriage.. and you’ll rarely catch me saying no to being a small part of moments like those.

I have some extra bakes ready for immediate pick-up!

Get your own loaf of fresh GF sourdough bread, plus my cinnamon varieties are on the menu too.

As we’re already cruising through the first part of June, I’d like y’all a heads up my bakery will be closed for a couple weeks in July. My bread freezes and toasts up from frozen amazingly, so that’s always an option to remember. ❤️

When the birthday girl asks for cinnamon rolls on her special day, I make her wish come true.

I was happy to bake these up today for a customer’s daughter. The only downside is my kitchen smells amazing and there are no extra rolls to show for it. 🥹

We’ll survive I guess. 🙃

It’s been a busy week over here, but not too busy for a bake day… and today’s blueberry lemon minis didn’t disappoint!

Made with fresh organic lemons and organic blueberries (plus all my normal organic flours), these taste like summer!
