At Miss Mae’s, every loaf starts with intention.
From the very beginning of the process, each inclusion is mixed directly into the dough and allowed to ferment alongside it for more than 36 hours.
It’s a process I’m proud of because it creates the flavorful, handcrafted sourdough customers have come to know and love.
