(This is a hard one for me to write, please bear with me!)
It is with a heavy heart I must announce that I will be moving from my Main St. location.
As for me, I will never stop baking. I don't know what that means as of today, but it's in my blood and I can't see myself doing anything else. As for my bagels, I will be working on a new business format to keep bagels popping in Sultan. I don't know what the future holds for me, but as for now it's not a Main St. storefront...
So I am planning to be completely out by the end of October. Please keep an eye out for upcoming sale days and specials over the next 2 months as I work thru all my supplies to make moving out easier. If anyone is in need of kitchen equipment, message me as I will have a ton of it for sale! I could also use some help moving things onto a truck in the coming weeks if anyone is interested.
Anyone who truly knows me, knows the blood sweat and tears I have put into this place, turning it from a Gordon Ramsay nightmare to a place I basically called a second home. They also know that a tiny piece of me was lost as I sacrificed everything trying to make this dream a lasting reality and create a legacy for my son. I have been told by loved ones that when something really bad happens in my life, it is always followed by something really really good. So I will close this chapter with the faith that the next chapter will be my favorite one yet!
