The City of Davis reminds residents that a juvenile curfew is in effect and is enforced under City Code.

📍 Curfew Hours:
• Saturday: 12:01 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.
• Sunday: 12:01 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.
• Sunday through Thursday: 10:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. the following day

📜 City Code – Minors:
It is unlawful for any minor to remain, wander, stroll, play in any public place on foot, or cruise without a set destination in any vehicle in, about, or upon any public place within the city during curfew hours.

Minors out past curfew must be:
✔️ Accompanied by a qualifying adult
✔️ On an emergency errand or business permitted by a parent or guardian
✔️ Required to be in public due to employment

📜 City Code – Parents/Guardians:
It is unlawful for any parent, guardian, custodian, or other adult having custody or control of a minor to permit, suffer, or allow—by insufficient supervision—that minor to be in any public place within the city during curfew hours.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring compliance.
