🎃👻 WE’RE LOOKING FOR TRUNK OR TREAT VOLUNTEERS! 👻🎃
Two Brothers Bistro is excited to host our FIRST-EVER Trunk or Treat Community Block Party! 🧡🍬
We’re looking for local families, businesses, organizations, clubs, churches, community members, and anyone who wants to get into the Halloween spirit to decorate a vehicle and hand out candy! 🚗🎃
📅 Sunday, October 25th
📍 Two Brothers Bistro - 501 S Sterling Ave, Sugar Creek, MO 64054
⏰ Volunteer/Trunker arrival: 4:00–5:00 PM
🍬 Event begins: 5:30 PM
🎃 Event ends: 7:00 PM
🚗 WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A TRUNK OR TREAT VOLUNTEER?
You bring a vehicle, decorate your space, bring wrapped candy, and help us create a fun and safe Halloween experience for the kids in our community!
✨ Cars
✨ Trucks
✨ Motorcycles
✨ Tractors
✨ And other independently mobile vehicles that can fit in one parking space!
🎃 TRUNK OR TREAT RULES
• Each vehicle must be decorated in some way. Halloween decorations are encouraged but not required! Get creative! 👻
• Each vehicle receives ONE parking space.
• If your decorations require electricity, you must provide your own power source.
• Decorations must be family-friendly and appropriate for children under 5. No profanity, overtly adult themes, or inappropriate content will be permitted.
• Each trunker must provide WRAPPED candy to distribute. No unwrapped candy or food products may be handed out.
🍬 Since this is our first year, we’re estimating approximately 100 pieces of wrapped candy per vehicle.
• Want to promote your business, organization, group, or program? You may hand out flyers, cards, or informational materials.
🚫 No selling items, soliciting donations, or asking for money/tips from your vehicle.
• An adult must remain with the vehicle at all times.
🏆 And of course… there will be a favorite trunk decorating vote! So bring your creativity and go all out! 🎃👻🕸️
⏰ VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE
4:00–5:00 PM — Trunkers arrive & decorate/set up
5:00 PM — Candy buckets distributed
5:10 PM — Trunks ready; early entry begins for students with special needs
5:30 PM — Trunk or Treat officially opens to everyone! 🍬
7:00 PM — Event ends & vehicles may leave
🚨 Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM so everyone is completely set up and ready to go. Vehicles may arrive as early as 4:00 PM if additional setup time is needed.
We ask that no vehicles leave before 7:00 PM so we can keep the event running smoothly and safely for everyone.
