Going back to my Polish roots. Zapiekanki.  sautéed kielbasa with mushrooms and onions put on top of the bread cover with mozzarella cheese and put it in the oven for the cheese to melt.  it’s absolutely delicious.  It’s kind of like a pizza without the sauce and different toppings.
