👋For those who are 🆕️ to our page (and we have a lot of new faces), WELCOME, we are so glad you found us!

If you came here looking for delicious sourdough baked goods, you've come to the right place! 👍

Let me give you a little backstory on why we started The Sourdough Kitchen...
I started my sourdough journey, over 3yrs ago now, mostly for our daughter. She has a gluten intolerance (a gluten sensitivity not celiac) and had been eating gluten-free for 6+yrs.
We got tired of buying all the gluten-free bread items from the store. The prices were way to high (even higher now), they are not tasty at all, plus they had so many unnecessary ingredients, as do the majority of store bought items (even 'sourdough' items from the store).

Now that I make all our bread items using our homemade sourdough starter and a long fermentation process on all our breads, she is able to eat them with zero problems, and the rest of us are enjoying all the health benefits of eating healthier breads, pastries and desserts without any of the extra additives and garbage that gets added into the store bought items... PLUS the taste is soo much better!

Our focus is to bake delicious, gut healthy, gluten sensitivity friendly sourdough baked goods. As well as help you to change your eating habits and remove as many extra added chemicals from your diet as possible. If you haven't tried our baked goods yet, be sure to place an order today!! 🍞🥯🧇🥨🍕🍪

▪️All our breads are fermented for at least 16hrs but most for even more. (we found through trial and experience that this is the sweet spot that makes everything easier to digest for those with gluten sensitivities)(NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY)
▪️All our sweet treats and pasteries are also made with our fermented starter and gluten-free flour. So they are also safe for anyone with gluten intolerances. (NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY)
