Did you know the fridge is NOT your sourdough’s best friend? 👀

Refrigerating bread can actually make it go stale faster! Instead, keep your sourdough at room temperature in a bread bag or wrapped in a clean towel.

👉 Won’t finish it within a few days? Slice it & freeze it! Then pop a slice straight into the toaster whenever you need it. 🙌

Because throwing away good sourdough should probably be illegal. 😂🥖

🥖✨ BAKE DAYS ARE BACK! ✨🥖

After taking some much-needed time off, I’m SO excited to get back into the kitchen, fire up the ovens, and start baking for you all again! 🤎 I’ve missed the flour-covered counters, the smell of fresh sourdough, and most of all — getting bread into your hands!

A few updates as we get rolling again:

📍 THREE PICKUP LOCATIONS will be available when ordering, so you can choose the location that works best for you.

📅 BAKE DAYS ARE MOVING TO SATURDAYS!
After this week, Saturday will be our regular bake/pickup day.

🌿 IMPORTANT MADISON AVE UPDATE:
I will no longer be doing bulk bread drop-offs at Madison Avenue Market for walk-in purchasing. All Madison Ave pickup orders will need to be placed AND prepaid ahead of time. You’ll still be able to conveniently pick up there — just make sure your bread is reserved first!
