Digging deep for strength and building sweet memories. I had the honor of creating this two-tier construction themed funfetti cake for a very brave little boy battling brain cancer. Thanks to an organization called Icing Angels, whom I’m proud to be a sugar angel for, they connected me with his mom.

With concrete-colored icing, fondant bricks, candy rocks, and cookie crumb dirt, this cake was built for a true hero. So much love poured into every layer for a kid whose courage could move mountains. Happy Birthday Gabriel.
