Small batch licensed home bakery specializing in decorated sugar cookies The Story of Bimpy's Bakery ~
I have been baking cookies since I was able to walk.

As a kid we had a family tradition of the girls getting together near Christmas for "Cookie Day". We'd bake dozens of cookies for family and friends. Over the years the tradition morphed into "Cookie Weekend". Our menu has grown as well as our family and friends. This has been a lifelong dream and my biggest fan was my dad, who my kids called "Bimpy". He passed away suddenly in 2011. I know he is watching over us and so excited to see me following my dream. My bakery is filled with love and dedicated to my dad, Bimpy...the best quality control inspector there ever was!

Just a little update from behind the cookie curtain. ❤️

I’ve been a little quiet the past few days after an unexpected health issue. I have some follow-up testing coming, so I may be a little slower than usual responding to messages and emails. I appreciate your patience with me!

I’m still here and will still be working behind the scenes — finishing custom orders and getting everything ready for our upcoming events — I’ll just be taking a small step back from social media for a bit while I take care of myself.

And on a completely different note… I’m still on the hunt for Nestlé Toll House Milk Chocolate MINI Chips! 🍫 If you happen to spot them in a store, PLEASE let me know where you found them! Apparently they’ve become my personal version of a scavenger hunt. 😂

Thank you all for your patience, kindness, and continued support of Bimpy’s. ❤️🍪

🎃 Have you seen our full Halloween lineup yet?

Our spooky cookies are already disappearing! 👻 The A.W.S.O.M. Ghost Cat has officially vanished, and a few other favorites aren't far behind!

There's still plenty of Halloween cuteness to go around, so pop over and take a peek at the full collection! 🖤🐈‍⬛

Which one is your favorite?

⭐ A little favor from this little cookie business… ⭐

If you’ve ordered from Bimpy’s Bakery and loved your cookies, would you take a minute to leave me a Google review?

Reviews make a HUGE difference for small businesses like mine. They help new customers find me, give them a little confidence before placing that first order, and honestly — they make my day when I read them. 🥹🍪

Whether I’ve made cookies for a birthday, wedding, holiday, corporate event, or just because you needed cookies (the best reason 😉), I’d be so grateful if you shared your experience.

I’ll drop the link below to make it easy. ❤️

Thank you for continuing to support Bimpy’s Bakery and this crazy little cookie adventure of mine!

🥒🍪 Pickles + cookies + helping animals? I’m in.

If you’re heading to Pickle Me Poconos today, make sure you stop by the A.W.S.O.M. table and grab yourself a pickle cookie from Bimpy’s Bakery!

I won’t be there as a vendor, but this is one event I’m always happy to bake for. Each year I donate pickle cookies to AWSOM so they can use them to help raise money for the animals in their care. 🐾❤️ And this years pickle cookie got a cute re-design with an AWSOM Hawaiian shirt 🤩

So go enjoy all things pickle, stop by and say hello to the wonderful people from AWSOM, grab a cookie, and help support our local shelter while you’re at it.

Because apparently there IS a situation where a pickle-shaped cookie counts as doing a good deed. 😂🥒🍪🐾

Last nights adventure: Chelsea buns. 🇬🇧

My son absolutely LOVES Max Miller and Tasting History , so we decided to tackle his Chelsea bun recipe together.

Now, anyone who knows me knows that yeast dough and I are… not friends. 😂 Give me royal icing, a sugar cookie and a cookie design and I’m perfectly happy. Hand me a packet of yeast and suddenly I have questions about every life choice that brought me to this moment.

But this wasn’t just about the buns. ❤️

It was about spending the evening in the kitchen with my son, making something from a show he loves, laughing our way through a recipe that was completely outside my comfort zone, and waiting to see if the dough would actually do what Max said it would.

Check out the before and after because, against all odds…

WE MADE CHELSEA BUNS. 😂🙌 and they're delicious! Definitely need to work out that bun rolling technique though 🫣

And I have a feeling this is one of those nights I’ll remember a whole lot longer than I’ll remember how the buns turned out. ❤️
