I have been baking cookies since I was able to walk.

As a kid we had a family tradition of the girls getting together near Christmas for "Cookie Day". We'd bake dozens of cookies for family and friends. Over the years the tradition morphed into "Cookie Weekend". Our menu has grown as well as our family and friends. This has been a lifelong dream and my biggest fan was my dad, who my kids called "Bimpy". He passed away suddenly in 2011. I know he is

watching over us and so excited to see me following my dream. My bakery is filled with love and dedicated to my dad, Bimpy...the best quality control inspector there ever was!

💗 A Little Dolly Drop! 💗

I may not have had enough hours in the day (or creative brain cells left 😂) for a full August or September Cookie Drop, but I couldn’t let this one pass by.

I’ll be offering this two-cookie Dolly set for $12, and in true Dolly spirit, 25% of every set sold will be donated to a local charity. 💕

✨ $12 per two-cookie set
✨ Limited quantity available
✨ Pickup Friday evening, Saturday morning or Sunday afternoon
✨ Ordering will open late tonight and remain open throughout the weekend— or until sold out!

A little Monthly Drop update… and something special instead 💕

If you’ve been wondering where this Month's Cookie Drop is, I promise they aren’t gone for good! 😂 The last few months of the year are always absolutely bananas around here between custom orders, markets and holiday cookies, and I simply don’t have the time — or, if we’re being truthful, the remaining creative brain cells — to dream up a brand-new drop every month. 🫠
So I’ve decided to give myself a little grace and put Monthly Cookie Drops on holiday break. They’ll officially return in January with new themes and designs! 🍪

BUT… I couldn’t let this month go by without doing a little something. 💗
In honor of the one and only Dolly Parton, I’ll be offering this special two-cookie Dolly set instead. And because it doesn’t feel right to celebrate Dolly without celebrating her incredible generosity too, 25% of the proceeds from every Dolly set sold will be donated to a local charity. ❤️
I’m still deciding exactly where I’d like this donation to go, so please COMMENT your favorite local charity below. I just love the idea of turning some pretty cookies into a little bit of good right here in our own community.
Because really… what would Dolly do?
Probably wear rhinestones, eat a cookie, and help somebody. ✨💕

🍎 Move over, Johnny… Jonalie Appleseed is here! 🍎

I had so much fun putting a sweet little-girl spin on this classic theme for Jonalie’s first birthday! ❤️ From gingham ones to little apple carts and our adorable little apple-picking girl, this might be one of the cutest first birthday themes I’ve gotten to make.

Sometimes a cookie set looks cute and innocent… and sometimes it personally challenges you to a duel. 😂🚀🪐

I’ve been lucky enough to make cookies for this family’s birthday's for years now, and I always look forward to seeing what fun theme they come up with next. This year? “Houston, we have a ONE year old!” 🚀🌙

And they definitely kept me on my toes with this one! 😂 The inspiration photo I was given was AI generated (2nd photo), which meant my job was basically: Okayyyy… now how do I make something that doesn’t actually exist… exist in COOKIE form? 😅

There was a lot of staring at the picture, questioning my life choices, and figuring out how to translate all those tiny details into royal icing. But I have to say, I’m pretty proud of how this little space set turned out! 💙

AI may not have to worry about gravity, icing consistency, or whether something can physically be piped onto a cookie… but I do. 🤣🍪

Challenge accepted. 🚀✨ And I already can’t wait to see what theme this family throws at me next!

📣 A little Bimpy’s booking update! 🍪

You guys have officially filled my calendar! Between custom orders already booked and all of the holiday events coming up, I am now FULLY BOOKED for custom orders through the end of 2026. ❤️

I seriously cannot thank you enough for keeping this one-woman cookie show so incredibly busy. 🥹

And speaking of busy… Bimpy’s is taking a little break this week! 🏕️ Mr. Cookie and I are trading royal icing and cookie sheets for the camper and heading out for a few days. Messages and emails may be a little slower while we’re away, but I’ll get caught up when we return!

Don’t worry—there are still LOTS of cookies coming! Holiday pre-sales, pop-ups and vendor events will keep me plenty busy through the rest of the year. 🎃🎄🍪
