Happy Menu Monday!

I’m back this week with some fun new flavors for this Saturday!

🍫🔥 I can’t believe I haven’t done any s’mores treats yet - and we’re officially in s’mores season! Mallowmar cookies have a graham cracker cookie base and a big blob of marshmallow fluff dipped in chocolate. 😋

🍋 Lemon poppyseed loaf cake is amazing on its own, but I want to try doing a light lavender glaze on top. Pretty and yummy!

🫐 A few weeks ago, my neighbor gifted me a 24 count cupcake tin and I’ve been wanting to break it in! I’m aiming for a nice bakery-style dome on some blueberry streusel muffins.

Happy Father’s Day! In honor of my Dad, I made Michael Symon’s Cleveland cassata cake - his favorite! 🍰

Four layers of strawberry soaked sponge cake, homemade vanilla custard, macerated strawberries, frosted with whipped cream. Can’t wait to dig in soon!

A little walkthrough from yesterday afternoon’s pop up! THANK YOU to everyone who came by and grabbed a treat. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the time change, but I’m so glad it still worked for you guys!

Moving forward, pop ups will continue to happen on Saturday mornings. 😊

Except there will be NO pop up this coming Saturday. I’m going to take a little break for Father’s Day and focus on making my dad a Cleveland Cassata cake. 😋

The next pop up will be on Saturday, June 27th at 8 AM. See you then!

A special thank you to everyone who waited patiently at 4 PM until we got things situated – this is my first Friday afternoon pop up and I was a little behind schedule! At the same time, I really appreciate that so many of you have stopped by already. 🩷

If you haven’t yet, we’re open as long as there’s light outside! As of 5 PM, nothing is sold out yet.

I planned a really brown menu this week. I’m really excited for coffee toffee cookies, banana bread and all the rest! But I was missing some bright colors. And what better color fill-in than the whole rainbow? 😍
