Jam is stocked! Bread will be ready in the morning. The photo is of the last of the rose jam in the bottom of the pot. There is no rose water in this jam. It is made in small batches with culinary rose petals and citrus, the taste is a delicate balance of beautifully floral and lightly sweet.

We want to make and have more available, no wait, items and the shelves aren’t going to fill themselves. Sooo… we won’t be in today or Thursday. We are taking time to make and package items for the bakery. See you Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Yes, there will be fall flavors The Strawn Cakes way, of course.
