Dear Friends and Cherished Customers,
It is with a profoundly heavy heart that I share the news of the final closing of the Strasburg Bakery. This decision has been far from easy, as our journey together has been nothing short of extraordinary—filled with moments of joy, connection, and warmth that we will treasure forever.
When Bree and I first opened our doors, we dreamed of creating a space where every bite would bring comfort and every visit would feel like coming home. Thanks to you, our incredible community, that dream became a beautiful reality. Your support, enthusiasm, and friendship have been the secret ingredients that made this little bakery so special. From the first loaf of bread to the very last crumb of pastry, each day spent with you was a gift beyond measure.
We extend our deepest gratitude for your years of loyalty, for the smiles, the stories, and the shared moments of celebration. It has been an honor to be a part of your lives, to have witnessed your everyday joys, and to have played a small role in your cherished memories.
Thank you for being part of our journey, for embracing us with such warmth, and for allowing us to be part of yours. The love and connection we've shared will forever hold a cherished place in our hearts. We are especially grateful to those who continued to support us after we transitioned to custom orders and wholesale—you have been the soul of our bakery's resilience.
While I am making this decision based on what is best for me personally, it has not been taken lightly. As of now, I will no longer be taking orders for the bakery. However, my love for baking endures. I will continue to bake locally for a business that has supported me even before I opened our doors. So, while this chapter may be closing, many of my most favorite treats will still be available for you to enjoy.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for every moment, every visit, and every memory. Your kindness, your smiles, and your unwavering support have been the sweetest part of this incredible adventure.
