Simple Kneads Gluten Free Bakery Dedicated Gluten Free Home Bakery. We specialize in baked goods that meet your dietary needs! We also make lactose, dairy free and keto items upon request.

We cater to the celiac community and want you to always feel safe consuming our products. My name is Andrea Lancaster owner of Simple Kneads Bakery, we are a home kitchen bakery serving those with celiac disease and gluten allergies and intolerances. We maintain a 100% gluten free kitchen.

Celiac disease is recognized as a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Because celiac disease is an impairment affecting the major life activity of eating and major bodily functions like the digestive, immune, and neurological systems, the ADA requires reasonable accommodations in many settings. This recognition helps protect access, safety, and inclusion throughout different stages of life.

This is something we have been posting more a lot, especially in the context of kids in school recently as we've been sending our kids back to school, but it does apply in various stages of life, NOT just for children.

I do not normally post medical links etc. but I thought this was a great resource for parents to give to their school nurse. I know when my son was in grade school he was the only one in the school known to have celiac disease. Something like this would have been nice to hand out to teachers and the school nurse.

Tuesday Update

Cross Cafe is stocked with lots of goodies including protein balls, rice krispy treats, chocolate chip peanut butter cookies and brownies. Fresh the Market is stocked with Buckeye Brownies, plain brownies, a variety of cookies and bars and protein bombs!

Now is a great time to grab our items and throw them in the freezer to pull out at Thanksgiving!

Thanks everyone, it was a great weekend full of market FUN! I will be OFF for the rest of August as far as events. It’s back to school time for everyone. I will make sure Fresh the Market and Cross Caffe are stocked with goodies for ya’ll. Toasted on the square also carries our coffee cake 🍰 by the slice.
