With the rain coming tomorrow, plans have changed a bit for us personally. But after putting so much love into prepping this week, I felt really compelled to turn it into an opportunity to give back to our community instead.

So tomorrow, I’ll be giving away the bread and cookies I have prepared, completely FREE. No purchase necessary, no questions asked. ❤️

I’m SO excited for market weekend!! 🍂🤎 I get to be back at one of my favorite places in Strasburg doing my favorite thing! I will be prepping all week for my bake day on Friday! If there is something specific you love that you would like to see in the future, let us know 🫶🏼

That crumb though 😍

Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough 🌶️🧀 ! Crispy golden crust, soft airy center, and little pockets of cheddar and jalapeño throughout.

I may be a little biased, but cutting into a loaf and seeing a crumb like this never gets old. 🤌🏼

A few NEW items are hitting the Strasburg VA market table tomorrow 8/15/26 @ 216 E. King Street Strasburg, VA. 9 AM-1 PM. 🍪🍊☕️🌶️

🌙 Midnight Mocha Cookie: A rich dark chocolate espresso cookie loaded with dark AND milk chocolate chips, then finished with a sprinkle of sea salt. Coffee + chocolate lovers, this one is for you!

🍊 Orange Delight Scones: Made with fresh orange zest and freshly squeezed orange juice for a bright, citrusy flavor. A true little delight! 🧡

🌶️🧀 Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough: A new savory loaf packed with cheddar and jalapeños for the perfect little kick!

These were SO fun to make! 🫐🤍 I’m here to tell you, homemade scones take them to a whole other level. Absolutely delicious!

I love a good scone, so I’m thinking we may have to expand into some other flavors too.

These Blueberry Scones will officially be coming to the August 15th market! 🫐✨ Come grab one and let me know what flavor we should make next!

Everyone at the Strasburg Farmers Market is the sweetest. The vendors, the customers, the small-town charm… it’s one of my favorite places to spend a Saturday.

I was gifted these beautiful sunflowers at the end of the market yesterday, and in return I got to hand out my last few cookies to others. That’s what community is all about.

Ash’s Bread Basket will be at the wonderful Strasburg Farmer’s Market this Saturday August 1, 2026 9AM-1PM! I will be posting the line up in a bit but the biggest request I’ve gotten is to be sure to have the sourdough Cinnamon Toast Crunch bagels, so I will have those available for sure! And of course, sourdough bread 🤪❤️

We have been enjoying some wonderful family time in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley-peep the natural waterfall slide! How cool!
