No more lifting heavy Dutch ovens, and I can bake more bread at the same time! I am loving using these pans to bake bread!
I achieve that beautiful ear on my loaves without using the roasting pan lids. Instead, I create steam by pouring hot water into a cast-iron pan in the bottom of my oven, and it gives me amazing oven spring and a beautiful crust every time.
