I have so many requests for gluten-free cakes and cupcakes, so I have two flavors today: white and chocolate. I call it semi-gluten because it’s made in an environment where there is gluten, although there is no gluten in the cupcake.

A staff member asked why my boxes and bags don't have the Storm the Bakery logo. I said the plain white packaging itself is recognizable as my logo.
