It’s a bagel baking day!!!
I have been trying different tweaks here and there to make my toppings come out better!!
I think I’ve cracked it for onion and almost there for cinnamon sugar crunch. Still a tiny bit dropped off!
Those mini bagels are for me, can’t wait to have them!

There’s nothing like a homemade pizza night!
We like to make our own dough with active starter.
I make the pizza shells ahead of time on the pizza stone, one at a time. Then I let them cool and freeze them until we are ready for a pizza night! Pull them out and top them, throw them directly on the pizza rack and cook till the toppings look done (500 F for about 7-9 minutes)!
