As many of you know I have plans to open up a bakery on School St, but since we can’t start construction yet, we’ll be soft launching some sodas and baked goods (babka! Dirt bombs!) tomorrow at the corner of School St and Highland Ave (across from the farmers market). We’ll be there from 10am until we sell out!

We’ve been combining homemade syrups with seltzer water to make tasty summer sodas. The current flavors are:
Foraged rosa rugosa
Wild blueberry made with Blue-Zee Farm berries
Coffee made with 44 North Coffee sumatra
Watermelon

Baked goods:
Dirt bombs
Chocolate babka

Garnished with herbs from Northern Bay Organics
