After years of creating cheesecakes and dozens upon dozens of flavors, I don't throw around the phrase "new favorite" very often.

But right now...

Very Berry Medley Crumble Cheesecake is my favorite cheesecake on the menu.

Why?

Because it's not just a berry cheesecake.

The blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, and strawberry flavors bring the perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, but it's the crumble topping and vanilla icing drizzle that take it to a completely different level.

The crumble adds a buttery, slightly salty sweetness that reminds me of the best parts of a fruit crisp and a pie all at once. Combined with the berry medley cheesecake filling and fresh berry topping, every bite has layers of flavor that just work together perfectly.

I just finished building these raised garden beds and need to get them filled ASAP. I already have all the dirt on-site — I just need someone who can load it and move it into the beds.
