DO YOU KNOW THE HISTORY BEHIND ATL SWEET TREATS?? ATL Sweet Treats was created to help support A Change Generation nonprofit organization. A Change Generation is an Independent Living Program for young adults 18-21 who have aged out of foster care and would have otherwise been homeless. Young adults in the program share a fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at no cost to them, have access to program staff 24/7 and services to meet their individualized needs. It is the goal of the program to meet out mission by providing young adults with a supportive living environment, superior case management, therapeutic services, community integration, and living skill development to ensure their successful transition into adulthood.
