Getting ready to celebrate my oldest turning 15 tomorrow 🤯. Of course I had to bake something for his birthday. Chocolate cupcake filled with a strawberry jam and topped with strawberry cream cheese icing all made by me.

I’ve been craving Mexican hot chocolate and since I was making chocolate cake I decided to make a cake inspired by it. Spiced Chocolate Cake with toasted marshmallows between the layers and cinnamon cream cheese icing.

When you’re in charge of desserts for your mom’s retirement party you have to make sure there’s something for everyone. I made Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies with and without chocolate chips, Triple Chocolate Brownies, Brownies with Caramel Chip, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Sugar Cookies, Mini Vanilla Cupcakes with Strawberry Icing, and Cake Bombs.
