This early experience ignited a lifelong dream of starting her own food business, though the pathway there was not immediately clear. Ellie’s venture into the food industry unexpectedly took off while she was working in a completely unrelated field. She started by sharing her homemade dishes with co-workers, a simple act that would pave the way to her future.
