We said a quiet goodbye to 2025 and have entered the new year with a continued focus on our craft. We are here making bread just as we have in previous years, using the same simple ingredients:

Hard questions you should ask your baker:

° What kind of flour do you use?
° How do you define"fresh"?
° When was this baked?
° Do you even sleep?
° Were Ross and Rachel on a break?
° Where do you make your goods?
° Do you believe in aliens?

I don't know about aliens and such. But, our breads are baked the morning you buy it. Made with nothing but organic flour. And we make our bread in the heart of our home, our kitchen. Rachel & Ross ? Let's put a pin on that for another day. 👀

The timeline of a baker:
Tuesday 5:30pm - farmers market
Tuesday 5:00pm - market set up
Tuesday 3:00pm - package the goods
Tuesday 5:00am - bake bread
Tuesday 3:00am - pre-heat the oven

Monday 9:00pm - pre-shape & shape the dough
Monday 10:00am - start making bread
Monday 8:00 am - check the forecast again

Sunday 9:00pm - feed the sourdough starter
Sunday all day - keep an eye on the forecast ( for possible market cancellation due to weather)
