I am Silvia Ade-Wirick the owner behind Alpenstüble Inc.- The Bretzel Factory native from Baden Württemberg also known as Swabia a State in the South Part of Germany bordering the State of Bavaria to the South East and Hessen and Rheinland -Pfalz to the Northwest. I’ve always loved sitting in the Kitchen watching my Oma (Grandmother) and Mama cooking and baking bread. I really misse

d the pretzels; since I left Germany, so I started making pretzels for myself and my family. I brought the pretzels and other Authentic German Treats along to get-togethers with friends and family and they loved them. So, I decided to bring a little bit taste of Germany in opening Alpenstüble Inc. - The Bretzel Factory – A German Bakery/ Deli to Stevensville the beautiful Bitterroot Valley.

Hello, to my dear customers and friends,.

The time has come and I must say good by, our little place has sold during our Vacation.
Some of you knew my struggels with my health which wasn;t improving over the last few years, so the desision had to be made to close our shop and the love for baking and cooking, put aside.
I know a new lifestyle awaits shimmering through the years ahead a promise of hope long held the whisperd word of "someday"has arrived and came now standing on the threshold, the door of change wide open, to the new Adventure, a new chapter in the book of life.

We just want to say a great big Thank you to all of our customers, some became life long friends and continue to be that .We will miss every single one of you and we are so gratful for the loyalty you shown us througout the years.

We wish the new owner succeess and pray the you all give her a wonderful warm welcome as she enters the door of her new Adventure. Keep an eye open for when
