☀️ Summer Party Cookies ☀️
These fun summer-themed cookies headed out today! I have to admit, I battled my royal icing the entire time. I believe the humidity got the best of it because it just would not hold the consistency needed for crisp outlines and fine details. As a result, they didn't turn out exactly the way I had envisioned.
Thankfully, the customer is happy, and that's what matters most. ❤️
The good news? No matter what they look like, they're still absolutely delicious! 😋

Good morning, everyone! ☀️

Just jumping on real quick. I know I'm not taking any orders right now, but that doesn't mean I don't have things happening behind the scenes. 😏

This one is going to be especially interesting for my seafood lovers and sourdough lovers. 🦀🥖

Let's just say I originally created this for my husband and I while working on a brand-new sourdough brioche roll specifically designed for crab cakes. But honestly, it should be amazing for shrimp salad, soft crabs, fish sandwiches, and just about any seafood creation you can think of.

The aroma coming from this dough is absolutely incredible, and it isn't even baked yet! 🤤 I cannot wait to reveal the finished product.

I made a few extras during prep, so some of my lucky taste testers may have an opportunity to sample them and give me their honest feedback before I decide if this becomes a permanent addition to the menu.

Stay tuned... I have a feeling this one might be something special. ✨🦀🥖

Just wanted to give you a quick update. I am completely booked through June 22 and am unable to take any additional orders until then.
There is a slight chance I may have a few extra Dubai Pucks available on June 15. If I end up with extras, I will make a post and offer them at that time.
Also, keep an eye out on June 20! 🎂✨ I think it may be my favorite cake design I have ever created. For once, I will probably skip the sneak peeks and save the full reveal for the big day. Trust me—you won't want to miss it! 👀
