The Red Shed Cowboy Pasta Salad:
ingredients,
1 lb. Rotini pasta
1Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. thick cut bacon (chopped)
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp each garlic and onion powder
1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. Red Shed Gene's BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. red shed mustard
2 tsp. chili sauce
1 15 oz. sweet corn (drained)
2 C. grape tomatoes (halved)
1/4 C red shed Cowboy Candy, (diced) or more to taste
1 1/2 C. cubed cheddar cheese
3/4 C .diced green onion
cook pasta according to package instructions and drain and rinse with cold water.
Drizzle with olive oil and set aside
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.
Remove bacon to a paper towel lined plate, leaving a little bacon grease in pan.
Add ground beef to the skillet, break up with spatula and cook until browned.
Season ground beef with onion and garlic powder, crushed red pepper flaked and salt and pepper to taste.
drain grease from ground beef and set aside.
In a large serving bowl combine mayonnaise, Gene's BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, The Red Shed Mustard and chili sauce. whisk until smooth.
Add cooked pasta, bacon, ground beef, corn tomatoes, cubed cheese, The Red Shed Cowboy Candy and green onion. Toss until fully combined.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!!
