McCauley's Moustache Café will be CLOSING in Sterling Colorado.

I am sad to announce that McCauley's Moustache Café is closing in Sterling Colorado. I appreciate the love and support over the years and am very thankful for the connections this business has bought me! Unfortunately, we have had an 80% decrease in sales over the last 4 months.
PLEASE if you do not want to see other locally owned small businesses close, then you have to support them! I launched a survey last week, and only had 2 negative replies. All of the rest said they LOVED the atmosphere, main st location, and product. But 75% of those that participated had not been in the shop in 1 month or longer. Even if you swap 1 day a week out of your "normal routine" to support a small business, the community as a whole will help shift those numbers. Then businesses can increase help, extend hours, offer more goods/services. But they can't do that without YOU not making purchases!
I am looking forward to my new chapter in life. It has always been my goal to travel and meet many people from all walks of life! Therefore, I am starting from the basics again and taking the food truck to Seattle (Coffee City of The USA!). I am looking forward to going to a place that has something for everyone, and I can just be a participant instead of the usual event planner! I am very at peace with this decision and feel a sense of relief! Who knows if this is the right move to make, but I cannot sit here and watch a whole crumble on top of me, when I have an escape route readily available. It saddens me that I cannot be the change to Sterling that so many beg for, but it goes back to YOU as the support in the community to help these changes become reality.
