Afternoon, y’all!
This is from a couple of years ago, but it’s still such a cute little cupcake! I’m so ready for the holidays and incredibly grateful to be celebrating with my family.

Flavors:
Pumpkin spice cupcake with Salted Caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and homemade apple pie filling! Yummy 😋

I had the pleasure of creating this beautiful dessert table for an amazing little princess in my life! She absolutely loves Rapunzel, Cinderella, and Elsa, so I wanted to make sure her 5th birthday celebration was truly over the top. The entire table was carefully planned over the course of a couple of months, and I’m so happy with how it turned out!

The flavors were equally as stunning as the design!

The Elsa Cake featured my moist, decadent chocolate cake paired with a dreamy strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream.

Cinderella’s cupcakes were a homemade funfetti flavor with the same delicious strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream.

And Rapunzel’s cupcakes were rich chocolate, topped with a light and fluffy chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream that melted in your mouth.

It was truly one of my favorite dessert tables to put together!

I’m absolutely loving this crisp fall air! It felt a little too hot for me earlier this November — not quite the Michigan weather I was expecting, but no complaints here. My brain was definitely ready for sweater weather!

This past summer, I had the pleasure of working as a Sous Chef with Nona’s Traditional Italian Recipes for a beautiful bridal shower event. The Mother of the Bride was such a joy to work with — truly an amazing person inside and out.

Here are some of the delicious macarons I created for the event:

Lemon Macaron – One of my top flavors! Made with lemon curd, fresh lemon Oreos, and a burst of fresh lemons for that perfect zesty kick. 🍋

Decadent Chocolate Macaron – This one is a showstopper! Filled with homemade ganache and black cocoa (giving it that Oreo taste) paired with crunchy Oreo cookies. The combo is a chef’s kiss! 🍫

Raspberry Macaron – Made with a homemade raspberry compote, jam, and organic freeze-dried raspberries. It’s like picking fresh raspberries right from the bush. 🍇

Wow, it’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted but this was back in September for my beautiful daughter’s 7th Birthday.

I absolutely love love love to have full reigns of a dessert table. It lets me be completely creative while really connecting with the family that I am working with

She is an Oakland Graduate, furthering her career as a nurse who loves daises

So glad I was able to incorporate it all

The best part is it being for my cousin Sydney, so proud of her!!

My Flavor mash ups were, Funfetti with vanilla buttercream, chocolate with strawberry buttercream & lemon zest with strawberry buttercream

I also made chocolate cake pops & lemon blueberry mini Bundt cakes

All of my cupcakes & desserts are my own recipes along with my Swiss meringue buttercream

Morning! Well trying to back to baking hopefully soon, this little guy has taken over my life but man have I learned so much from him. I learned to appreciate the small things in life, how much joy he brings my kids especially Briella & most importantly slowing down. I’m not so obsessed with the house being perfect and that’s alright. Things will adapt and he’s apart of our lives for a long time
