Hello to all of our Nikki's friends and family. I know it has been a long time since we've posted. Raising little boys keeps is very busy!!!

During the pandemic, many many people became home bakers and we backed away from doing quite so much so that our focus could be on the grandboys.

We do have some upcoming giant cookie recipes that we are going to be making and selling for holidays. At this time, I'm not sure if we will have a holiday menu.

As many of our fans know, our namesake is my youngest daughter who, at the age of about 8 years old decided that she was going to own a cupcakery someday. We did have our storefront in Dublin but just could not ride through the pandemic. Since that time we have pivoted to more of a craft and creating style.

We also have party planning, balloon arches, party decoration setup, a limited catering menu, and services in the party planning and hosting realm.

I'm going to attach the link to our Etsy store on this post. If you would like to visit and see some of the things we have been up to that would be great. Lauren (aka: Nikki) has been using the small amount of free time that she has between caring for her two small kiddos to create some fun designs. And for those who are a little more advanced in age or 'mature', I will be uploading some funny perimenopause items because I feel this is an area that all women will eventually deal with and if we can sprinkle in some humor then we just might make it through.

Please check out the link and we will continue posting items. It is also possible that this particular page will have a new name and logo but we will always have our Nikki's Neat Eats menu and options very close by.

The holiday menu is finally complete. I apologize it has taken me so long.

Please allow as much notice as possible. Orders placed before 10:00 am, I will try to complete that day by 7:00 pm. Orders placed after 10:00 am will be available the following day. When ordering, please let me know if you prefer your food hot or chilled for heating later.

ALL Thanksgiving orders MUST be submitted by 8:00 am Wednesday, November 27.

A 50% deposit is due at time of order. This just ensures that the order is in progress.

The lunch special for Friday, November 15th will be baked cajun chicken with roasted red potatoes and a side salad. $8

Dessert will be caramel pecan slab pie. $4

Delivery available from 11:30 - 1:00 for $2. Multiple orders to same location will have no fee.

The lunch special for Friday November 8th will be chicken fried steak, scratch-made mashed potatoes with cream gravy, and fresh green beans. $12

Delivery will be available in town for $2. Locations with multiple orders will not be charged a delivery fee.

For dessert I will be offering jumbo copycat "Crumbl" apple caramel cookie with cream cheese frosting and homemade caramel drizzle. $3 ea.
6 for $12 or full dozen for $20. Limited quantity available.

Due to cooking times, I will need all lunch orders sent in by 8:00 am on Friday. Unfortunately, for this meal, I will not be able to accommodate late orders.
