Becca’s Gourmet Goodies, the story: Growing up as the granddaughter of a master baker, and learning from her in the bakery after school and on weekends means you develop a love of great food early in life. From cakes, to cookies to pies, I grew up eating my grandmother’s sweets. The family competition to make the best homemade goodies and a tradition of excellence meant that my love of great foo

d started early and continues today. After living in New Orleans and around the American South, I returned to Northern Colorado with a variety of inspirations for my culinary pursuits. Suddenly, many traditional family recipes were off limits. After trying various gluten free commercial products on the market I decided it was time to go back to what I had learned in my Grandmother and Great Grandmother’s kitchens and create gluten free memories of those recipes. Becca’s Gourmet Goodies was born. My philosophy is that gluten free eating doesn’t have to be a punishment or a negative experience rather it can be simply flavor on a gluten free canvas. Becca’s kitchen uses no gluten, peanuts or soy. There are several dairy free items, including the signature biscotti. There are tree nuts used in the facility and in several products.
