One of summer’s sweetest farewells is fig season. With the ripest bounty on hand, we reimagined one of our favorite combinations.

The new shape gives them a little more room to settle into a flaky croissant bed with whipped honey ricotta, creamy brie, fig jam, and honey drizzle. ✨

And the apple danish with brown butter pastry cream and streusel makes its return.

Third, we are resting now but getting ready to do it all over again. This is your last weekend to get our June specials (and the porridge loaf is back on Saturday only). The online store is open early (now) so that you can order and ensure you get what you want before we sell out.
