After adjusting, fine tuning and balancing of our hood system with a good bit creative thinking we are finally able to fully fire our oven thanks to Ben Arbaugh. We really can’t wait till next week to share with you all what comes out of it.

Well folks we hate to do it but The Shack Sauce Co has run its course. Due to our cost of goods and shipping expenses we are unable to continue production of our sauces. We are already a premium product and feel that if we raised our prices to meet the increase in cost we would price ourselves out of the stores that have taken a chance and given us shelf space. Thank you to everyone who had anything to do with our brand!

That being said we do have a bit of hot sauce that we will be selling via our store . We have a good amount of our BBQ sauce left which we will sell whole sale as well as at our store. If f you’re interested in getting some of the last bit reach out or whole sale accounts can order through

Tender steamed and cold smoked before resting in a vibrant marinade of shallot, garlic, paprika, sorghum hot sauce and malt vinegar.
Shown here is an example of our smoked mussels escabeche paired with .crust sourdough toast, pickled peppers, castelvetrano olives, fresh lemon, and edible flowers.
