Soooooo……just tuned~in to see what my fav meteorologist, Brad Panovich, has to say about the heat Wednesday. 😳. Looks as though Wednesday the heat index will be 100+. 🥵🥵🥵💥. I HATE to say it, AGAIN, but I just cannot set~up in that kind of heat…..which means I will be absent from the Mocksville Farmers' Market this week. 😣😣😣

If nothing happens, I will be set up at the Rotary Farmers Market Saturday morning. 🫶💕💕💕

Sooooo ….. trying to get some baking done for the Statesville Rotary Farmers Market tomorrow. Saved the blueberry buttermilk loaves for last. When I pulled them out of the oven, something something just didn’t look right. I tried a piece. Egads!!!! I forgot the two cups of sugar the recipe says it needs. 😳. And I’m not too positive I added those eggies! 😣. Now they just really funny looking blueberry biscuits. 😣. So the squirrels get some, I can eat some, but no one else will . I’ll just go with what I gots.

The good news: the peachy cobbler came out ok! 🤗….so there’s that! See you in the morning!!!! But we won’t talk about this. 🤭🤭🤭
