Did you know dehydrating your active starter will make sure you always will have your starter in case you were to lose it or not feed it. It’s easy to rehydrate and can usually bake with it in 2-3 days! I also use my dehydrated starter in my pancake mixes, waffle mixes, and I sell it with directions on how to rehydrate, keep it alive, put it to sleep, and my personal recipe for my original sourdough loaf!
