Despite loads of setbacks to launch Broadway and Bread I'm still here doing what I can to continue baking sourdough even if I can't sell it quite yet.

But today I picked up a fresh bag of our flour we use and will be working on a few inclusion loaves. I'm thinking a raspberry white chocolate loaf for Valentine's Day or a blueberry lemon loaf. Maybe even both!!

Fiyerdough pulled through today with a beautiful loaf 😍 Fiyerdough will be ready for sale very soon!

If you've ever dreamed of making sourdough bread and just don't want to maintain the starter, then we are perfect for you!

Fiyerdough will be sold in 50g or 100g amounts with a few options that will make making sourdough bread less stressful and you won't have to worry about all those additives in store bought bread as we only feed Fiyerdough with King Arthur Special bread flour and filtered spring water.

We will also have an organic sourdough starter in just a few weeks as we establish our business and things move along.

Hi! After a few months of brain storming I have decided to revitalize my business and turn it into a sourdough business!!

I will be offering a multitude of ways to get local, fresh, frozen, or even dehydrated sourdough starters! While I work on some housekeeping things and get things running, I wanted to take the time to introduce you to my two sourdough starters 😍

Fiyerdough will be the main star of Broadway & bread. He is my OG starter. The starter that made this all possible.

Patricia is my rock. She is the understudy per say. She is reliable and is there for when Fiyerdough just can't make it to the show.

Stay tuned for more information as things come along. (And hopefully Facebook will change my name soon!! If not, I'll be making a new page)
