A little gluten free update from Walkover Bagels!

Our gluten free bagels are temporarily on hold while we take a little more time to develop the best way to produce them in larger batches and keep up with the incredible demand from our amazing customers.

Because our gluten free bagels are made in-house, we want to make sure we can bring them back in a way that allows us to make more of them while maintaining the quality and care you’ve come to expect from Walkover.

We know so many of you have been excited about them, and we’re incredibly grateful for the enthusiasm and support!

NOT ALL BAGELS ARE CREATED EQUAL.

At Walkover Bagels, we love a classic.
But we also like to do things a little differently.

Our bagels fall into three delicious categories…

THE CLASSICS
Original • Everything • Sesame • Onion • Egg • Cinnamon Sugar

The ones you know and love. Handcrafted, boiled, baked, and ready to Roll ’N Go.

OUR SIGNATURES
Chocolate Chip • Jalapeño Cheddar • Wild Blueberry

These are where we start mixing things up — literally.
Flavor baked right into the bagel.

And then there are…

THE TOPPERS.

When we dreamed up Walkover, we knew two things: we wanted to be a true grab-and-go bagel shop, and our little space simply wasn’t built for a traditional sandwich line.

So instead of asking what we couldn’t do, we asked ourselves…

What if we put it all ON TOP?

And that’s how our Topper Bagels were born!

Think of them as an all-in-one meal, baked right onto your bagel.

There’s our Brunch Bagel, which is our take on a ham + cheese croissant. Our Pizza Bagel. Egg + Cheddar. And whatever else we dream up along the way.

Which brings us to the beauty you’re looking at right now…

THE WALKOVER ALOHA.

It’s our take on Hawaiian pizza — and today, she made her debut as a limited run! It was such a hit, it will be back tomorrow!

Our menu will keep changing. We’ll keep experimenting. And we’ll keep finding new ways to make a bagel feel a little more… Walkover.

And no matter which one you choose, every Walkover bagel is made with certified organic flour and no seed oils.

STAR, YOU SHOWED UP BIG!

Yesterday was a day we will never forget.

We opened the doors to Walkover Bagels for our Grand Opening, and you came. You lined up, you waited patiently, you cheered us on, and in record time, you sold us out.

But what we’re feeling today goes so far beyond selling every bagel.

We’re feeling incredibly grateful.

To our team, who has worked, trained, learned, adjusted, laughed, hustled, and poured so much of themselves into getting Walkover ready for this moment, thank you. Yesterday was your day, too, and we could not be more proud of the team standing beside us.

To our friends who have supported this dream long before there was a Walkover sign hanging on the building, who stepped in wherever we needed them and continued believing in us through every high and low, thank you.

To Francie, our balloon extraordinaire, thank you for making Walkover look so incredibly special for our big day! You took an already exciting moment and made it feel like a true celebration. Every detail was beautiful, and we are so grateful for you.

To the Mayor and our local community leaders who have welcomed and supported us, thank you for showing up and celebrating alongside us.

And to Star, and all those who traveled from near and far to celebrate with us…

You absolutely blew us away!

You didn’t just come for bagels. You showed up for our team, our little shop, and a dream that has meant so much to us for so long.

Standing inside Walkover yesterday, looking out at that line and watching this community fill the space we worked so hard to create was a moment we will carry with us forever.

We dreamed about opening these doors for a long time. We could never have dreamed just how much love would be waiting on the other side of them.

From all of us at Walkover, THANK YOU.

Yesterday, you didn’t just Walkover.
You showed up BIG.
And we will never forget it!

WE’RE OFFICIAL!

Yesterday was a special day for our family. We celebrated the ribbon cutting of Walkover Bagels with the City of Star!

To everyone who came out to celebrate with us, THANK YOU!

And to this community as a whole, thank you for welcoming our family and Walkover Bagels with such incredible warmth.

To stand together as a family, cut that ribbon, and look around at the people who showed up to celebrate with us was something we will never forget.

This milestone belongs to more than just us, though. It represents the people who believed in what we were building, encouraged us along the way, and made us feel like Walkover already had a place here.

And it absolutely belongs to our incredible team. Every person on our team was chosen because they brought something special to Walkover, and we feel incredibly blessed to have them beside us as we open these doors.

Opening Day is set for September 15th at 6:30 AM!
We will stay open until 2:30 PM or until we sell out.

IT’S OFFICIAL — WE’RE OPENING!

SEPTEMBER 15TH

The doors to Walkover Bagels are almost ready to open, and we truly cannot wait to welcome you in.

Over these past few weeks, so many of you have stopped by, peeked through the windows, waved while we’ve been training, and asked the question:

“When are you opening?!”

Now we finally get to tell you.

To everyone who has followed along, shared our excitement, encouraged us, and cheered us on as we’ve brought Walkover Bagels to life — thank you. The support from this community and beyond has meant more to our family and our team than we can say.

We’ve been working hard behind these doors.

The bagels are almost ready.
The coffee is almost brewing.
And on September 15th…

It’s finally time to WALKOVER!

We can’t wait to see you then!
