Here are the photos of our Scottish wedding cake. It is vanilla bean with vanilla syrup, torted with milk chocolate ganache and vanilla bean buttercream, lemon cake with our signature lemon curd, Grand Marnier frosting, pink raspberry champagne cake with our homemade huckleberry filling and the bottom tier is our classic white with raspberry cream filling frosted with our half butter/half heavy whipped cream frosting

We have been so busy working on cakes that we haven't been able to keep this up. So Sabrina got her gorgeous chef coat in the mail autographed with a note from Kerry Vincent as well as both of us receiving signed photos. I gave mine to Brinn for a keepsake as she adores Kerry. Did a lot of baking with Brinn over the weekend too, check out our main page for more pics and I will get some here soon!

We are so thankful to Lyndsay Zoratti who held the competition with her Sweet Cuppin Cakes Bakery crew as well as Kerry Vincent for donating her time to judge the contest on allow herself to be created in 'bear' form. What fun it was! Here is a picture of the winning bear.

We have wonderful news to announce. Sabrina's Kerry Bear was selected by Kerry Vincent as the winner of the Kerry Bear contest. This is quite an achievement for an 18 year old and I am so proud of her. She is such a talented artist and is receiving a Food Network Chef Coat autographed by Kerry Vincent for her achievement!

Excited for the new JoAnne superstore to open in Arlington, Washington as that is where I will get be a Wilton Method Instructor and teach Wilton cake decorating. Having lots of fun watching the instructor vidoes for the new courses. Even if you took the original 4 courses, the new courses and workshops are wonderful!
