I wasn't sure if I was going to bring my cinnamon caramel rolls which are really just a mix of a regular cinnamon roll with that beautiful cream cheese frosting and an amazing homemade dairy-free caramel sauce.

But it just sounded so good.

So here we are. Baking just a little bit extra for you today for this amazing midweek Market. We will see if I can get to my other idea which may look like a different kind of cookie sandwich.... 🎃

Happy Wednesday! I'm excited to be back at the Midweek Market in Cambridge today!!

✨Isanti County Fair Grounds off of 95, from 3-7pm!✨

🌿 = Vegan as well!

✨ Oatmeal cream pies

✨🌿 Chocolate chip cookies
✨🌿 Strawberries and cream cookies
✨ Fudgy brownies
✨ Sandwich bread
✨ Garlic breadsticks
✨ Some new fall flavor(s)!? 😱

I may even have some other specialty items of I can manage them in time ☺️❤️ I'm juuuuuat starting to roll out those delicious fall flavors 🍂🍏🎃🥧 are you guys ready for those yet? Because I sure am

And remember, you can always place a preorder for any market or event I'm at and I'll bag your order before I leave so you can GUARANTEE those items that you want that may sell out before you get there.

I also allow pick up orders from "the bakery" (my home) even on the days or weeks that I may be off as long as I have enough heads up. This option is best for when you want to place an order for cupcakes, cakes, donuts, or any other specialty item! 💖🍪

With said announcement about discontinuing the Zimmerman market for myself, I WILL be in Princeton on Tuesday 9/1 from 11-11:30am if you'd like to schedule a pick up at the Coffee Corner! If you need a little earlier than that, reach out and I can see if I can make that work ❤️

✨ BIG CHANGE ABOUT UPCOMING MARKETS IN ZIMMERMAN - ALL GLUTEN FREE DAIRY FREE BAKED GOODS✨

Ok guys, I am really sorry about this. After a lot of reflection, a lot of hmmm-ing and hawing about it, some tears, and a good amount of burnout the last few weeks, I've made an extremely hard decision.

I will NOT be able to be at the Zimmerman Farmers market for the rest of the season 💔 I know there are a lot of you who have found me there and I so appreciate you.

I WILL however be able to do a monthly Princeton drop off throughout the rest of the year and into the foreseeable future. And as availability allows, I may be able to meet you part way for a pickup because trust me, I am VERY aware of how long the drive can be (and with getting ready to move to Rush City, will be that much further)

I hope you'll understand, forgive me, and continue to support me in this transition. Please reach out if you want to set up pick ups/drop offs or something of the like. I would love to still bake and provide for you, it just might look a little bit different.

My next closest market is on Fridays from 1-6 in Isanti at the Isanti Firefighters Rodeo Grounds, or Wednesdays at the Cambridge midweek market located at the Isanti County Fair Grounds from 3-7.

If you've read all of this so far, bless you. I just feel like I'm not able to be the best version of myself, not for my daughter, my husband, or for you guys. I want to always love what I do (and still do!) but don't want it to get to a point that I burn out.

When you're asked to do a super mario theme for 2 1/2 dozen cupcakes, of course I'm gonna break out some Sugar Art natural dyes for some beautiful colors! I can't wait to get these to the lucky birthday girl! 💖🍄

I always love getting these kinds of orders, where I'm kind of given a theme but then also told "do what ever looks fun!" Because usually, the day-of decorating is when I get my "AHA!" moment. I had a totally different plan for these for a few weeks. Suddenly today, it was like "....WAIT." and this turned out so freaking cute!

Always feel free to reach out, I've really loved getting to do cakes and cupcakes lately for all these fun and special events 💖 I like to think I get to contribute just one more delicious, cute item to any event.
