Happy Thanksgiving. We hope everyone had a wonderful day.

Today I decided to do dessert a little different. I made my 1st Piecaken and it was awesome.

What you're looking at is:
Pecan pie on the bottom,
Banana cake in the middle,
Pumpkin pie on top.

All covered in a fresh whipped cream frosting. The flavors matched perfectly. No need in piling multiple slices on your plate, jus cut a thin slice and tastes all your desserts. This was a lot of fun, I had a great time and I think this will be our new Thanksgiving dessert from now on.
