After a whirlwind of moving, travel, and family time—I'm finally back in my happy place: the kitchen. And what better way to celebrate than with a tray full of warm, golden bolillos?

These beauties are made with love—and a little bit of sourdough discard, bread flour, a touch of honey, and a pinch of salt. Soft on the inside, crusty on the outside, and full of comfort.

Sometimes, the best way to return to yourself is through something simple and sacred: bread.
