“I tried to save the Shire, and it has been saved, but not for me.” This Shire is a uniquely inverted German Chocolate cake. The inside has the traditional coconut pecan filling with a layer of chocolate ganache.

“What about elevenses? Luncheon? Afternoon tea? Dinner? Supper?” This cake was made for all meals, with a hobbit in mind. On the outside are 3 different methods of moss and grass; there’s coconut, ground up wafer cookies, and green sponge cake. The wood and stone front are all sculpted using modeling chocolate.

Happy Easter! He is Risen! So wake up and celebrate with this engergizing dessert garden! The garden consists of tangy bright lemon tart daisies, dark chocolate espresso sunflowers, and a few festive sugar cookies! P.S. the grass is edible too😋

Happy Thanksgiving!! I’m grateful for all the chances I get to bake desserts, especially when I get to try out new ideas like a Pumpkin Mousse Cake!! Pumpkin Mousse cake has a chocolate cake base with a layer of pumpkin butterscotch mouse, pumpkin cinnamon mousse, and topped with chocolate ganache!
