Tuesday's special is Creamy Orzo with Chicken and Asparagus -- Chicken Breasts simmered with onions, garlic, asparagus, cream, milk, chicken broth, orzo and parmesan and asiago cheeses. Wednesday we will have Chicken and Biscuits--like a marriage between chicken pie and chicken and dumplings. Chicken breasts pieces cookies in a light wine cream sauce with peas, carrots and corn and served with buttermilk biscuits. It will be ready after 12:00.

Wednesday's special is Chicken Noodle Casserole. Chopped Chicken and vegetables cooked in a light cream sauce mixed with egg noodles and topped with cracker crumbs. We also have chicken salad, Cupcake of the week is Strawberry.

Wednesday's Special is Keto Friendly Mexican Beef Cauliflower Rice Casserole. It's got sauteed ground beef, onions, peppers, tomatoes, cauliflower rice and seasonings. Then it is topped with cheddar and Monterey Jack Cheeses.
