Tuesday's special is Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole. Chopped chicken breast, green beans, water chestnuts, onions and pimientos in a cream sauce mixed with wild rice. Wednesday's special is Chicken Noodle Casserole. Chopped Chicken and vegetables cooked in a light cream sauce mixed with egg noodles and topped with cracker crumbs.

Tuesday's special is one of our most popular dishes -- Lemon chicken Orzo casserole. Chicken Breasts sauteed with orzo, mushrooms, lemon juice and spinach in a light parmesan sauce. Wednesday's special is is Cheesy Beef and Macaroni Casserole, or some call it Old Fashioned Goulash. Ground beef is simmered with onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic and cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Tossed with macaroni and topped with more cheese. Kids and adults love this dish!

Wednesday's special is Stuffed Pepper Casserole. Everything in a stuffed pepper in a casserole. It's got ground beef, rice , peppers, tomatoes, onions and garlic all mixed together and topped with cheese. It's gluten free.

We will close at 3:30 on Friday for a rehearsal setup.

Tuesday's special is Chicken Stroganoff, a lighter brighter cousin of Beef Stroganoff. Chicken Breasts simmered in onions, mushrooms, chicken broth and white w**e. Sour cream is stirred in and served over egg noodles. Have a great day!

Tuesday's special is Parmesan Risotto with Chicken, Asparagus and Peas. Made from chicken breasts and arborio rice cooked in chicken stock, onions and garlic. Finished with parmesan cheese, asparagus and green peas.
Wednesdays special is Cowboy Casserole. Ground beef simmered with tomatoes onions and seasonings. Mixed with wagon wheel pasta and topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
