Friends and bread-fiends alike, we've been pretty quiet over the last couple of months as we're going through our transition. Here's some thoughts:
1) It's come to our attention recently that our phone hasn't been receiving calls. The issue is now resolved, sorry about the confusion!
2) We should be expanding distribution to a few new grocers over the next month or so if all goes according to plan. Ideally, this will include some doughs that have been out of the rotation recently.
3) We'll no longer be present at the Schlafly farmers' market in Maplewood for the forseeable future. We'll be trying different markets soon and will let you know when we decide!
4) Don't refrigerate bread! It makes it stale tremendously faster. We suggest slicing the loaf in half and freezing one half if you don't think it'll be eaten within 5 days or so. In fact, when bread is frozen fresh, it'll be of the same quality after thawed to everyone but molecular biologists.
