We are so sad to hear that one of our personal favorite and Saint Louis's beloved Plant Craft Kitchen kitchen is closing its cafe this week (Oct 16, today is their last day). Please go visit them today and let them have a great last day. They will continue to do their meal services; so please continue to support them.

We are hoping they will be able to reopen the cafe in near future. Till then WE WILL MISS YOU. Our daughter loves their truffle Mac n Cheese.

Needless to say; Saint Louis has lost a lot of Iconic vegan restaurants over last few years and things are not getting any easier for everyone. Vegan restaurant owners do what they do due to their passion and commitment to the welfare of Animals and our planet.

(We usually dont make long posts like this; so bear with us)

Our humble plea for everyone reading this:

1. SUPPORT LOCAL: Visit your favorite spot when you can; spend what you can afford; just come buy a vegan mango lassi or a pumpkin spiced gordita (Terror Tacos) or a slice of pizza (Pizza Head) or a side of Party pots ( deli) or a side of potato wedges (Seedz Cafe) or a cinnamon roll () or a bowl of chili () or a breakfast sandwich (Sweet Vibes, LLC) We all love seeing you; come have a chat; it makes our day and gives us a reason to keep doing what we do.

2. GIVE US ANOTHER CHANCE: Not every meal will be perfect; taste is very personal and every one has their own. Please do not bash a restaurant on Social media; rather reach out to the owners and ask to address the situation. We have had a few low rating in the last few months due to people have to wait a little longer or food taking longer to come out; Its a slippery slope. NO Restaurant wants to keep you waiting longer; it usually due to things out of their control. If you don't like a particular dish; come try a different one next time. Ask us for recommendation based on what you like or dislike; I am sure you will find something of your liking if you give us another chance.

3. LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW: If you had a good meal; please write a good review. Good reviews are like a shot of caffein for us; I can remember every single night Krupa and I have gone to bed extremely happy after a crazy day because one of you decided to write a nice 5 star review. And on the other side we have spent countless nights thinking about a 1 star review that was completely unwarranted. Next time you visit your favorite or second favorite restaurant; remember to leave a good review.

4. REACH OUT TO US; WE ARE ALWAYS LISTENING: We (and we speak for all the vegan restaurants) want you to have the best experience when you walk into the door. We want to do everything with in our control to make you happy. If you need something during your visit; please talk to a staff member. We have trained our staff to check on you multiple times to make sure you are doing OK. If you have a post visit feedback; email us.

5. DONT COME WITH UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS: What we can not fix is unrealistic expectations. We cook everything based on our recipes and spices. Please don't berate us on google because you "DID NOT LIKE THE TASTE". That's not a review; that's an insult to our recipe and hard work. This gives us nothing to work with. It just drops our rating and makes us look bad.

6. RECOMMEND US: We treat every guest that walks in with a smile and provide you with best service. Some days are rough; we make mistakes but we also own up and fix them. Please recommend us your work friends; your family and friends. This is best gift you can give to us.
