Early 2014, I was challenged by my mom to create macarons. Both of us had never tried a single professionally made macaron. Without knowing the taste or texture I followed youtube videos as many people do. I failed about 8 times and I finally figured out the techniques and the recipes that worked. So, here I am, baking away, I just love to watch the macarons formed in the ovens! They make me happy

! They are all gluten free and mainly made with almond flour, egg white and sugar. The fillings are different kinds of buttercream or spread. Love trying any flavors so if you have something in mind, let me know. Hope you will enjoy my sweet or savory creations! Flavors: Bailey's Irish cream coffee, blackberry jam, black sesame, blueberry, blueberry jam, chai tea, cherry, cherry jam, coconuts, coconuts with chocolate, dark chocolate Nutella, dried plum, earl gray tea, French rose, green tea, Kahlua coffee, lavender, lavender lemon, lemon, limoncello, lime, morel mushroom, orange, peanut butter, PB & J, peppermint, pistachio, pumpkin spice, raspberry, red bean paste, s'mores, salted caramel, strawberry, strawberry lemonade, strawberry jam, Thai ice tea, tiramisu, triple berries, ube, watermelon.
