I decided to gift a few friends & family members a cookie tin for the holidays! It was a labor of love, but everything came out delicious and everyone loved their tin ~

💌 brown butter chocolate chip cookie

🎁 chewy gingerbread cookie dipped in maple glaze

🎄 neapolitan cookie (strawberry, matcha, vanilla)

❤️ orange shortbread dipped in dark chocolate

💌 peanut butter blossoms

🎄 salted caramel espresso blondie

let’s get this breaddddd 🍞🥨🥖

I’ve been quite the busy baker these last few weeks now that I’ve started my foundations of bread course, but I get so happy looking back at the breads I’ve made throughout the class! I can’t wait to keep experimenting with different flavors and additions and put my own flair on some classics 👩🏽‍🍳

These past 5 weeks I’ve made: Honey Wheat Oat Loaf, Soft Pretzels, Focaccia, French Bread, and (not pictured) Pizza Dough ~

I have 1 more week of class to go and I start the second part of the bread course! Once again thank you to everyone who continues to follow me along on my journey and those who show me endless love and support 🤎
