Our Story
Independently owned by a husband-and-wife duo, Brasilia brings the best of Brazilian culinary traditions to the heart of St. Louis. Every day, you can find us making authentic dishes with bold flavor and just the right amount of spice. In the kitchen and at the bar, fresh ingredients are the star of the show. Try a Filet Dom Pedro cooked just the way you like it and topped with a red wine and mushroom cream, or dig into a Brazilian-cut steak on a bed of sautéed onions with rice, beans, and collard greens.
