I keep forgetting to post things. My life has become more stable in some ways and more hectic in others.

I adore my full-time gig as an R&D chef. It’s challenging and fulfilling and creative andI get to sit down more. My body is happier. My health is better. I’ve had more time with family.

Anyways…here’s a cake I made for someone who’s just a tini bit older! Love the lambeth style of cake with little on theme touches. 🫒🍸🎂
